WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT LOGOS

“I’ve had two sessions with Cheryl - one with sound and group breathwork, and the other a private sound bath. I’m not overstating by saying that both were transformative. I’ve been a musician all my life, and have been so fortunate to experience the transcendent power of music fairly often. But Cheryl’s work is a whole new beast at a high level that provided me with healing and a deep meditative journey. Everyone should aim to make these sessions a regular practice. If I still lived in Bay Area, I would come more often.”

Wow, that was amazing. I think everyone I know could use a nervous system tune up. I will recommend private sessions to all my friends.

Shift happened @thelogosmethod. I tapped into clarity of my own divinity and perfection and that anything besides that is mind and personality projection of falsehoods. Really powerful. A mixture of laughter and tears and so much relief. Thank you for creating new knowlege and conjuring community. We all need this. SF needs this. The world needs this. Please keep me posted of your future workshops. Sending much much love to you with a bowed heart and head. This is a beautiful work.

Recently I was able to participate in The Logos Method workshop. I’ve known Cheryl for many years and have watched her progress through many caring and loving disciplines. What she offers now is vibrant and seems to be a culmination of all of them. Breath work is not new, but creating the space, comfort and security to be able to explore with a feeling of complete support is not always what we find. Cheryl brings her heart to this work, and it makes all the difference. Breathing and integrating with sacred sounds is a vortex of healing and I thank her for bringing them together. Do it. You’ll find it worthwhile.

I have come in and out of conscious relationship with my breath throughout my life, often forgetting how powerful it can be as a healing tool. During my Logos session with Cheryl, all of that innate knowledge resurfaced as I worked to bring healing throughout my body with my breath. I felt lighter and so much more grounded after the work.

Cheryl’s use of music and the crystal bowls really helped hit the “sweet spot” for me on a cellular level. Thank you for reminding me that the power to heal my mind and body are within the simple movement of focusing on my breath.

What a wonderful surprise and experience to attend a Logos breath work session. I have participated in many groups in my adult life healing circles, group meditations and the like) but this one was unique.

The breathing exercises and coaching by the Logos leader, (Cheryl) took me to physical and emotional place I had not visited in years. Once I finally let go, and allowed myself to follow and surrender to the breath patterns, I was amazed at what came up. Emotions and feelings emerged and cycled freely. Euphoria and relaxation led me to tears and sadness. Feelings of grief and loss, I believed I was “long done with” came to the surface, and I experienced them this time without the old avoidance, fear or regret.

The breath patterns seems to disarm (if you will..) the resistance i had placed on revisiting old memories.
It felt safe to feel them, and as the breath cycled, they passed, and left me with a sense of calm and acceptance.
I emerged from the session feeling at peace, tired, surprised, and grateful. It was a unique and new journey akin to, but very different from, hypnosis, yoga and therapy. I hope to be able to attend another Logos session and see where my breath takes me.

A sound bath is sublime. It requires zero effort to get maximum benefit. Just lie down or sit and let the sound flow in and around you. My body relaxed and my thoughts quieted within the first 5 minutes, and by the end, I felt a deep peace. It filled my inner reservoir and I was able to draw on this peace for days after.

I had the best night sleep after my session. My back pain is gone and i feel like i’m floating thru my day. I can’t wait to go back.

Chuck has a natural talent for creating a deeply relaxing and healing space using sound. She is tremendously intuitive and I left her session feeling fully rested and at ese. It is as if I took a mini vacation, the benefits of which have endured long after the session.

Sound therapy opens the door to internal reawakening and supports the process of letting go. Take a break from: Idle thoughts, worries, endless to do lists, planning, and responsibilities.
And enjoy the moment!
